Bali Beauty Etiquette...

When do I arrive for an appointment?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointed time to allow for introductions, consultation and to complete a client card if new.

What do I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing and try to leave all valuables & jewellery at home. If having waxing, please wear clothes that are easy to clean etc. as you may get wax on them from your body.

What will I wear during treatments?
Maintaining your dignity & well being is of utmost importance to us. All staff are trained to drape you correctly to ensure comfort & privacy.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit time allocated for your treatment; it will lessen the effectiveness & your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to ALL clients, treatments are completed on time. If you are more than 15 min late & have not called your appointment will be considered a no show.

What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
A minimum of 12 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation or time change within this time will incur a $10 fee & will need to be paid before receiving next treatment. Bookings of 90mins or more will incur a $25 fee. All bookings over $120 will now require a 25% deposit 3 days in advance to secure booking. If less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation/change, deposit is forfeited.

How can I avoid the fee?
We understand things happen that are out of your control & so to help benefit both parties your $10/$25 fee will be waived if you purchase another treatment or products over$10/$25 on following visit (on top of initial booking).

What if Bali Beauty has to cancel my appointment?
You will be compensated with a discount off your next treatment.

What if I no show for my appointment?
Depending on circumstances you will be charged a 50% fee that needs to be paid prior your next treatment.

Can I bring children?
Yes, however they must sit in waiting area & keep noise to a minimum.

Does Bali Beauty do a Discount Membership?
Yes we do. Please ask for brochure in store or we can send it out to you.

Does Bali Beauty do Gift Vouchers?
Yes, so why not indulge someone with a Bali Beauty gift voucher for a special occasion.

Does Bali Beauty do senior discounts?
Yes 15% off all brochure only treatments everyday all day. (Not VCM)
